Hi! My name is Joel P Basco. I'm an amateur cook and caregiver for my mom. She accidentally fell and had hip replacement surgery. During her recovery at the rehab place she was losing a lot of weight because she didn't like the food. I had to quickly learn to cook Filipino dishes so that she can eat properly. She is at home now where I take care of her full time and continue to cook for her.
