Sinigang na Salmon via Instant Pot (Salmon Tamarind Soup)
This quick and easy soup is ideal for those cold days. I use frozen salmon fillet, but you can also use fresh cuts if you like. It’s a very healthy meal because of all the vegetables that goes into it.

Set Instant Pot on Saute setting and heat oil on Hi. Add onions, garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant about a couple of minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for another couple of minutes.

Turn off Saute setting and add the rest of the ingredients including the salmon fillets.

Set Instant Pot on Pressure Cook setting and cook for 5 minutes on Hi. When cooking is done, quick release pressure manually.

Transfer on a serving bowl and Enjoy!!
